Our head chef Igino Bruni and his team delight our guests with modern Mediterranean fish cuisine. Of course, Chez Fritz classics like Entrecôte “Café de Paris” and beef tartare are not to be missed. We place great importance on using regional and seasonal products whenever possible.

On weekdays, we offer a daily changing lunch menu with a choice of fish, meat, or vegetarian main courses.

The large wine cabinet at the entrance showcases a diverse selection of wines, with a focus on Italy, France, Spain, Austria, and of course, Switzerland. Our manager, Lukas Schrottenbaum, is a passionate wine lover and is always happy to provide recommendations.
