Please note the following guidelines:

If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours before your reservation.

Cancellation Policy & No-Show Fee

Reservations for lunch can be cancelled or adjusted online free of charge until 10:00 am on the day of the reservation. Dinner reservations can be cancelled or adjusted online free of charge until 2:00 pm on the day of the reservation.

For last-minute changes or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee per person.

This also applies to:
* Changes in the number of guests that are not or are communicated too late
* Very short-notice cancellations
* Unannounced no-shows

If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to give your table to other guests.

Reservation Duration

Each reservation is planned for a 2-hour time slot.
From 6:00 pm, tables are reserved for dinner – for drinks and snacks, feel free to drop by spontaneously.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome – just let us know when making your reservation.
Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask that dogs remain on the floor.
